Called about getting an estimate, “Sure just stop in any time.” Didn’t need an appointment, how convenient. Got there, they told us our car was totaled and how to go about getting compensated from the other insurance company as we only had liability. We were talking with Gary, who used to be an insurance adjuster. They didn’t charge us anything, but gave lots of good advice when they had nothing to gain. Super kind and professional. Will definitely bring any future business here just because they were so friendly and honest.

The people here are so kind and really seem to want to help! They got my car driveable and safe for $0!! Gary and Rick looked at my car without an appointment. They were honest with me about what it would cost to make it perfect, and didn’t charge me for their time or labor at all. It was a small problem, but totally the kind of thing places will rip you off for. I will absolutely go back if I need any repairs done, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs bodywork done!

Would highly recommend Central Ave Auto Body! Was in my first accident and had no idea how to deal with insurance etc. Gary was so helpful and even helped me navigate some insurance questions. The work on my car was great and they have a quality assurance person call you later to make sure that everything went well. Great local business.

I went here to get my claims fixed and Gary was awesome! He was very helpful! When I got my car back, they even cleaned the inside and the mats! Thank you so much to everybody there! My car came out perfect!

Moving from Pittsburgh I was nervous I was going to get jipped in price and service.. HOWEVER the gentleman at the Central Auto Body Shop were remarkable. They finished my car in such a timely manner and went above and beyond repairing the damage. Not only did they fix the damage on the outside but they also detailed the inside of my car. They were so nice and just provided and overall great experience. Hopefully I won’t have anymore reasons to go back, but if I do I know they’ll take care of me!

A few years ago, we were caught in the really bad hail storm in Blaine. All three of our cars at the time were in the driveway because we were setup for a graduation party. One of the cars was totaled and the other two Honda Accord and Pilot had over $10,000 in damage... each.
We brought the two Hondas to Central Avenue Auto body to do the repairs. I was pleased with the work they did then.
Flash forward two years and just the drivers side door on my wifes Accord is starting to rust. This is an awesome car, she loves it (so do I), and we want it to last as long as possible (it's paid off). I took it back to Central Avenue Auto body to get an estimate to get the rust taken care of.
They looked up the previous repair and informed me that everything is warrantied and they we supply us with a loner while they fix the door.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CENTRAL AVENUE AUTO BODY!!!

These guys are phenomenal. Honest, upfront, transparent, friendly, fast, and very competitive with their prices. They even talked with the insurance company when it looked like I might have issues securing a rental. I highly recommend them.

I could not be more pleased with the repairs from Central Auto Body. I was initially skeptical that they gave such a low quote for repair my bumper when other shops were quoting my ten times as much saying they needed to replace the entire front bumper cover. But Central Auto Body made the repairs for even less than their initial estimate and also cleaned up the scrapes on my bumper making it look good as new!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Central Ave Auto Body! My Honda Fit was in TERRIBLE shape after getting backed into by a truck. The people at this shop took care of everything with the utmost professionalism, despite dealing with a frustratingly slow insurance company.

I could not be happier with the Central Auto Body. They are always professional and prompt. We have used them 3 times in the past year (unfortunately) and would highly recommend their work. I just stopped in to get an estimate on some work. I spoke with Gary who was extremely pleasant and appeared to be honest in his opinion. He took the time to answer all my questions. As a person who is fairly ignorant about cars, I truly appreciated being treated with the utmost respect!

had a great experience this is the place they made the rogue look nicer than the day I bought it! I will refer all my friends and clients for great body work. they mediated the insurance claim and performed superior work and detailed the car as well. ray and his team are the best and I know many body people and it is a grievous industry with insurance people wanting to cut corners and do shoddy work. this is not the case here and I would drive by 100 other shops to get my work done here !!!! thank you job well done and you deserve the best Steve G.

I chose Central Ave based on reviews of do many others positive experiences. I was not disappointed! Rick helped me out got some extra work that was needed taken care of. I left feeling my car was in good hands. When I picked it up... it was beautiful! Great work and they even cleaned my car inside and out for me! So nice! I hope to never need work again but if I do Central Ave is the only place I will go to!

I HIGHLY recommend Central Avenue Auto Body if you need auto body repair. I needed repair on my fender, as my paint was chipped down to the metal during a windshield replacement. The quality of the service and repair was outstanding. Rick and the fellows are extremely nice and professional.

My family has been going to Central Avenue Auto Body for decades. They are honest, have amazing customer service, wonderful technicians, and prices that are unmatched. Not only do they give you a loaner car, your repaired vehicle will be returned to you with a fresh wash and detailed interior. You car will feel like new.

I needed a new bumper after someone parallel parked into my car. Central Ave Auto Body was wonderful to deal with on the phone and in person. The other guys' insurance company tried to get them to use after market parts (which is naughty) and Central Ave did right by me and installed a shiny new bumper at the lower price. They offered me a free loaner while my car was in the shop, and the work was done quickly. The car looks beautiful, and Central Ave is my new body shop.

I had my Trunk lid repainted, and some minor work replacing the front wheel well fender, covered all the work exceptionally and would recommend to anyone seeking body work. Got a few estimates around town, but none would do the thoroughness of stripping off and repainting the lid, plus it was important for me to support a local business. Staff always friendly and very detailed in explaining what needed to be done, no surprises at all. In the end, a great experience, glad I met them, and wouldn't hesitate to trust them to fix my car again .... Thanks much!

I can't talk about the work they do because my car was totaled. I want to say that, even though there was really nothing in it for them, they treated me so well. (Another body shop made excuses -- they obviously didn't want me.) I dealt with Rick, who was polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I heartily recommend them just for their niceness and honesty.

I have brought my BMW in here multiples times for details and dent/scratch removals. For the details I usually only get the external one, but every time I bring it in for one, I notice they detail the inside as well. In addition the scratch removals, I usually leave one or two out that look minor and they find every thing and fix it without any additional charges. Getting scheduled in can be a little challenging but you will soon realize that it is worth the wait due to the quality, service, and pricing.
Recently I nicked my garage and got some white paint on it(About a food in length). I scheduled a time to bring it in to get fixed, but when I brought it in to get an estimate, they came out, cleaned it up with some chemicals, and sent me on my way with no charge. I insisted on paying but they insisted that it was more important to make me happy. Their above and beyond, make the customer happy, and beat expectations is something that happens every time I visit. I would highly recommend you go here to get your car fixed or detailed. You will leave happy every time. In addition insurance will work here as well. You just have to sign an extra form if they are not within your authorized shop with your insurance company.
Central Ave is worth the wait, delivers amazing customer service, family owned, and will ensure you leave happy every time.

I am a repeat customer. Every time I am there I get unparalleled customer service, excellent workmanship and an entirely perfect experience. They deal well with the insurance companies and estimators and I appreciate being able to hand them my keys, get into a nice loaner, and return in a few days to my car looking fantastic.
